Celebrate with Magnolia

Hi my Craft friends.. I am back with my second card for today.. I told you last night that I had created another card with an Image that I had previously colored, but "never" used before.. Here she is!! Miss Tilda her self from the Magnolia stamp series.

I know that they are some "Die Hard" Magnolia fans out there.. I have always thought they were just the cutest stamps.. ( my little one always wants me to finish drawing her nose an mouth on her.. hehehe. But I think she looks just gorgeous as "is"!! I have had her for over a "year" now.. I saw soo many beautiful creations with all the different stamps and collections, that I wanted to give her a try. So I purchased 2 of  the stamps from 7kidscollegefunds. but of course I had always felt a little intimated to color her. I USE to feel that way.. As I don't any more I take my crafting as "my" own enjoyment; I just love the fact that you ALL love it too. :0)))))

I colored her with my Prisma and OMS. I used the "out the box" technique soo it looks like she is running the oval. I used my Nesti and Cuttlebug for that. Card stock, Ribbon and sentiment is: PTI, DP is my new sample pack form American Crafts "Backyard. I purchased from Claudia and CO. I made the flowers with my cricut. and Forever Young cartridge, and pop dot to make everything pop.

Another Great Thursday Challenge with ByLori Designs

Hi everyone Here we are it's Thursday and it Challenge #10 at ByLoriDesigns. I want to share my card with you all for this week's "color challenge"

For this week's color challenge ( which I just LOVE..) I used "Birthday Emma" from the Puddle Jumper line created BLD. I just love her with her "balloons".and her little Ribbon in her hair and on her dress.

I am soo in love with the color "orange". and I had such fun coloring her up with my Prisma and OMS, and I used lots of stickles on her bows.. Look at  her "balloons" I colored them with my "Sakura" gell pen. I printed the "gift" twice ( one I altered just a bit) and ran some colored paper thru my printer and then used them as my "embellishment's". Card Stock is: PTI, DP is from Michael's, and I used pop dots to pop everything up.

Gorjuss Girl

Hi Everyone.. I have a very late post tonight.. It's been raining All day again today, and my Kids where going a little "stir crazy".. So I had to do several actives with them to keep them busy and occupied. So Now I finally had the last 2 hours to  my self . I was able to get some crafting done :0)...

I have said this before that I have several stamps colored for some times.. Some I have had for quite a while, and every time I clean up my craft area I say that I am going to pull them out and make some cards with them ( even if I not too happy with the finally results. It's just always good to see where you started and just how far you have come.. And sometime how much more we can learn and get better at s;0))). SOO I took my "Gorjuss Girl" and made a card with her. And as I was making her up. I realized that I have not made a card or anything with her before, even though I have had her sitting in my stamp storage for about a  "year" now.

I was just starting to practice coloring hair. and she has the "perfect" hair for coloirng. I colored her with my Prisma and OMS. Card stock is from: PTI, DP and Pearls: Basic Gray, Ribbon: Michael, Flowers: Prima, and pop dots to make Gorjuss pop. I have one more card that I will share tomorrow.. So glad that I am able to show her off. I think she is just "Gorjuss"

Being Fabuous is Hard Work

 

Ok I'm Back with another card. Say Hi to "Dress Up Marci" from La-La Land Crafts.. As soon as I saw her I had to go and snatch her up. She is soo reminding me of my DD Lynette. I have mention before that my little one is such a "fashionesta" and loves dressing up in my  or her "sisters" shoes and jewelry.

I myself can still remember dressing up in my "grand mother's hats. ( She had the most beautiful hats that she wore to Church on Sunday). I colored Marci with my Prisma and OMS. and for her flower and pearls I used my "sakura" gell pens.

Card Stock is from PTI. I was excited to play with her because I knew just what paper I wanted to use. This Gorgeous set is also from PTI. "Beautiful Blooms". ( don't you LOVE IT. :0)))). Ribbon is from Michael's. and the Sentiment is from the very talented " Paulette over at Create with TLC" ( again I can always go to her when I need a certain sentiment for just about 'any' of my creations. What I love about this card besides that is it just everything about "Spring" .. that It would make a perfect "Mothers Day" card or a Birthday card.

I hope that I can bug you All a little on this Blessed Sunday Evening. It is a Wet and Rainy day in my part of the world today. What is the Weather like for you all?? what ever it may be I hope that you are spending a little of it with family and loved one.
I have a quick and simple card to share with you all today.. This is a Cut File/ Stamp set that I Purchased from "The Cutting Cafe". If you have not seeing any of Regina Easter's creations you are SOO missing out on a lot of fun and Super cute Digi stamps and Cut file. (including SVG and PDF format).

When I say this was quick, simple and "super easy" to put together that is just what I mean. The little "lady bug" and sentiment come ALL ready colored. So you just use a Circe Punch or Nesti (which is what I used to make my card.  Card Stock and Red Polka dot DP  is from PTI, Yellow strip DP is: October Afternoon Thrift Shop. Ribbon I got from Wal-mart. and check out my little lady bug. It is actually a button that I got from the same Ribbon Section from Wal-mart. all I did was cut off the little hook at the bottom and attached it to my card with some glue dots.

It's Thurdsay Challenge Time witth BLD Challenge #9

Hello to all my fellow "crafters" it's Thursday and for me it's a GREAT day for several reason. One being it's almost Friday.. So that means the weekend is almost here.. and Two it's also time for another "Fabulous" challenge over at By Lori Designs. 

I just LOVE this week's color combo.. Sooo very easy.  I think it's in Honor of  St . Patrick's day. :0). or maybe just another great reminder that spring is "here". I love it. I have a tree in my Yard and it has been soo gorgeous for the last few days with the blooms just coming in and the colors is just "gorgeous". I will try to post some colors tomorrow.

For my card this week I used "Sugar Sticks" ( just love that name.. hehehe) "Girl with a Kite". I know she is letting us know it's spring time. with her flying her cute little kite. I tried to keep my card very "simple".  BUT that does not mean that I was not going to "glam" this little cutie pie up.(don't you just LOVE  her earring's. ;0))).  Colored her with my Prisma and OMS.  I paper pieced her outfit and kite (added another layer with pop dots to give a 3-d effect.  Card stock is from PTI , DP and Die cut: StampinUP. Ribbon: Wal-Mart,

Spring "Forever" with Baby Bud

Hi everyone it's kinda late here. but its' quite in my house so I get a chance to post a quick card that I made today.. Say hello to Baby Boutique one of the "newest" cuties from Baby Bud Designs. She is soo "GORGEOUS" and I just love coloring her.

I received so Fab new paper pack (6x6 sample packs from Claudia and CO. and when I saw this Super cute paper from "October After Noon" Thrift Shop I knew it was the perfect match. I colored her with my Prisma and OMS. and added of course some "stickles" to her Bouquet to make it "sparkle and shine".

Card stock and Ribbon is from PTI. Sentiment is from a stamp set fro Studio G ( love them too hehehe) and stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa. I made the flowers from the scrap from the DP with my EK success small flower punch and added the little "brads" in the middle. And added Pop dots to make everything pop. I hop you enjoy her. I think is is perfect for any Spring. Easter or Mother's Day project.
