A little time to Enjoy the moment

Hi Everyone It's Tuesday and that just means that the week is going by fast it will be Friday before we know it. I was able to get a card done this morning. I usually have every intention to get some done during the day, but rarely do I get a chance to.
This is "Capri Marci".. and what a Cutie Pie she is I just love her soo :0) She is a "digi" from La La Land Crafts. I just love these stamps, they are soo perfect for coloring "hair and face" ( and I love that as I continue to learn about , shading and lighting).

I just love how she is just sitting relaxing and "Enjoying the moment" of her day( I was saying to my DH just the other day, how carefree and Innocent it is for our little ones not to have a care in the world ) and she just fits that soo perfect. I printed her on PTI white card stock and then colored her with my Prisma and OMS. I used my Sakura gell pen for the bottom of her 'capri's' an added lost of glitter to her shoes. ( you can' really see it good in the picture.

Card Stock is PTI, DP is "imaginisce" paper pack, flowers: I made with my cricut and added some buttons, Ribbon:Michael's, Punch: MS, Sentiment: PTI and pop dots to make every thing pop.

OK here are the other two cards that I did for today's Digi day by SOG at SNR.

( I have been making Card ornaments for my Christmas Three Since January so every month I make a circle card with an image and decorate and add a "loop" soo that I can hang then on my tree I should have 12 by December)

My  card is showing one of the new images from SOG is "Blossom Mae". is she not just Gorgeous.. I love her hair. it's soo beautiful and says Spring to me :0) It's Not the typical colors for spring but I just love this Paper.  ( don't you hehehe. . It's from my New American Crafts Patterned Paper pack "The colors of Memories"  (. Wow it was Org. 19.99 but on clearance for $4.99 at Michael's (Love Clarence price don't you.hehehe.

OK Here is my 2nd card Featuring Hang Ten Cody. I used this weeks sketch from East, Sleep, Stamp

I have had him for over a year now but have not colored him or used him on any card or challenges. He was a "freebie" ( gotta love it) and I just love using him for the "early bird challenge" that SOG was hosting  and the Challenge was to create a boy/male card. I colored him with m Prisma and cut him out with my Nesti Oval. . I rand the bottom layer thru my cuttlebug and inked it with some Tim Holtz ink. I cut out the seashell and star fish with my cricut. DP is from some old stash.  Sentiment is "Tiny Type stickers from Cosmo Cricket.

Finally feeling like my Self and a Few Challenges

Hi Everyone I hope that you are enjoying your Sunday and spending time with your family.. I have been neglecting my blog for the last 2 weeks now, I have been going thru some really hard and crazy personal family issues. One I can share is that my Uncle passed a way in that same time period. He was the Oldest child for my grandmother. She had a total of 6 children and 5 (including him) have passed away. My Mother is the only remaining "sibling" for her family soo you can imagine how difficult it has been for all of us BUT mostly for my Mom and Grandmother.. Whom is very much well and healthy.. (She will be 85 this April.)
My Hubby and the kids where with them for a week just getting thru this lost together.  So Please just keep my Granny and Mom in your prayers. Thank you :0))))
I came home last Monday, but just was not in the mood to do much crafting. But Yesterday was digi day over at SOG. (you know how big of a fan I am of Kristy and her gorgeous creations. Soo I really wanted to get my 'mojo" back by coloring some of my favorite SOG images. I started last night but just got a chance to finishing them up today. I will also enter her into this week's challenge which is "Think Spring". Love it she looks all spring in her "Orange and Yellow does she not!!!!

Say hi to "Dressy Kaylee" is she just not FAB in her little Spring time outfit. I just LOVE that "Brim Hat" she is wearing it just screams Spring and Summer. I choose the colors according this this Beautiful paper pack from "Cosmo Cricket" "Everafter.. I really fell in Love with this paper pack after I got it home and opened it. I just keep oohing and awing with ever paper I saw. (and let me mention that it was like $3.99 on "clearance at Michael's. You will be seeing a lot more of it trust me.. hehehe.  Kaylee was colored with Prisma and OMS. I used some Prima roses (Reflection brand from Michael's), and some Pearls from Basic Gray. Ribbon is from Wal-Mart. and I used pop dots to make everything pop.

Hello everyone I am back with This week's challenge8 over at ByLori Designs. We have a Super fun color combo challenge this week to kick your "crafting Mojo" in to high gear with some gorgeous "spring green and blue colors. I hope you will join in on the fun of this week's Challenge.

For my card I used the very "handsome" Kyle from the Puddle Jumper. Soo great when I get a chance to do a "masculine" card because I don't make them too often.

I colored him with my Prisma and OMS. I kept the card pretty simple. I used up some of my Scraps for the DP. That's why I love these color combos because I get to use colors that I may have never thougth of using my self. Card Stock is Bazzill Bling, Sentiment is from my Puddle Jumper Ella Mini Set. and I added some brads to bring the colors together and used pop dots to make everything pop.

Thursday Challenge with ByLoriDesigns

Hi everyone I am here with this week's challenge for ByLori Design. I love this week's color challenge, but I don't know if I got it correct. I used "purple" instead of Drk. Brown or chocolate.. But I think it still came out pretty nicely. I used  Puddle Jumper Ainsley She is differently one of my favorite. I colored her with my Prisma and OMS> and my Sakura gell pen to give her a little sparkle.

This is the Sketch I used I love the simple lay out of it and thought it would be fun to try.Card Stock is from PTI, I ran the green card stock thru my "cuttlebug" to emboss those cute branches (leaves) and then added a little "stickles" to give a little sparkle to my card.

A Little Spring is popping up

Hi everyone It's kinda late so I just have a "quick" post today.. I have been sitting here staring at this card "All" day long and  just not have the "get go ", to finish up or post it ( still kind in a funk.and have not been able to shake it off for the past almost week now. :0( .. But I know that I did want to make it in time for this week's challenge over at Sassy Studio Designs. It has been soo long since I posted a card and as I was going thru my stash for some of my "spring and Easter" images I came across some of my favorite images by SSD.
This week' s challenge is make a "shape" card. so I used my Large Label Nesti and cut out some Card stock form PTI for my base and decorated with "Egg Hung" also from PTI ( I got it last year but It is still gorgeous and still works for this season. Sentiment is also from PTI.

Rain, Rain and a "little Snow"

Sorry this was Saturday.. I was late posting :0)

Wow it has been  two days of some "wet" weather her in my part of "Sunny So. Cali"..It rained "all" night long last night, and today we got "Snow". So this what inspired me to pull out my much "Love" C.C. "Honey with Umbrella". I got her from "All That Scraps"   She is absolutely Gorgeous and thought would be great for a day like today when we just sat around in our PJ's and looked out the window. (even my oldest daughter came in to color with me.. Her very first time I must added We had a good time and I think she kinda liked it. :0) I colored Honey's hair and skin and her little dress under neath her rain coat with my Prisma and OMS. If you look at the rain you can see that I added some "Stickles". It really added some sparkles to my raindrops ( love it hehehehe). and you know my motto of never!! too much "bling"  :0) I added some blue rhinestone's with my I-Rock.
This Week's Challenge over the All That Scraps challenge blog is a really cute and easy sketch soo I wanted to make sure I played along.

I actually combined two different digi's ( yes Honey is a digi )  She is plane. So she does not come with the rain or the splash. the other is the "scene" the raindrops and "splash"; is from another set I just wanted to show the actual rain. (I used "Serif Photo plus2 to combine my two.) Printed her on to White Card stock from PTI and then a second time on my paper pack from imaginisce so that I could "paper piece her out fit including her boots and Umbrella. ( She is just Purfecttttt for "paper piecing). I then cut her out with my Large scallop "Oval" Nesti... My Card stock is from PTI. I made my flower with my small EKsuccess flower punch. Sentiment is also from the Rain stamp set. I just love my Ribbon it is a Beautiful Gold shimmer Ribbon that I got in a "gift pack" Yes most is the gift is from one gift pack.. It was a HUGE and Awesome box of goodies that I received). Then I used pop dots to pop everything up.

This is the Inside of my Card. I had to use this Beautiful Sentiment from Paulette over at Create With TLC. I just have to Say thank you each and every time..Paulette ALWAYS has the perfect for what ever your card needs may be.
