Sassy N The City Miranda

Hello everyone Happy Friday everyone..I am back with day 3 of my Sassy Studio Designed progressive Relay with their New Release   "Sassy In The City".
Today it's Miranda's Turn.. and She is Soo Sassy. Our Challenge for this round
CAS (Clean and Simple) Love this style.
I have Loved all the Sassy N The City girls.. But I think that Miranda is my favorite soo far.. I LOVE her hair cut. This cut is just Dramatic and  Stylish. I would love to have my hair styled like this.. And then their is the Dress.. I LOVE it; looks like a dress that you see in the magazines.. I Knew that I wanted to go with  a Tangerine Color Dress I heard that this is a Hot color for the Summer. also thought that she would look cute with "black hair" With my CAS I went with this gorgeous DP from "My Mined Eye's Vanity Fair;  used both side and a little piece of orange DP from my Scraps. I just added an sentiment and left  it as is.
Here is a close up of Miranda.. I love seeing Pleats and am learning to color them better and practice more with my "shadowing/shading. Wanted to make sure you saw her Red bottom Shoes LOL so I made them a Nude/beige look and added a Beige belt and some sparkle with glitter.
Here is the Inside of my Card.. Love this sentiment.
I said I loved her hair style right.. So of course I wanted to make another card.. So sticking more with Miranda's actual hair color from the show.. I made this card giving her "Red hair with lots of Orange high ligths.
I went with a Green dress for her because it went perfect with her Red hair and "green eyes' too. DP for this card is from "Echo Park" This and That. again just added two layers and my image and added a sentiment and left it as is.
Here is a close up of her.. She loves her "red bottoms" too this time in more of a yellow/gold color and matching belt and earrings.
Here is the inside of this card.. These sentiments are from Unity Stamp Co.

Ok.. Now to wait for the arrival of Miss Bradshaw her self.. Love this release and  glad that I have been able to play along and have gotten this far.

Be Your Sassy Self

Here I am with my second entry in the "Sassy In The City Relay" with Sassy Studio Designs for today challenge, lets bring on the Bling and more Bling.
Say Hello to Samantha..  I think she looks just like her character.
Look at her in that Dress Boy if only.. hehe I colored her with my Prisma and OMS... then I "fussy cut" her out.. I have to admit that I hate "fussy cutting".. I usually cut out with the leaving a "white boarder" around my images,as I tend to go behind the lines when I try to straight cut like this.. but it's not too bad because she is sitting in front of this black "back drop. My DP are from Basic Gray "Little Black Dress".. I used my Martha Stewart Heart punch, and added some Black and white Swirl to really bling it up. Sentiment is from "Close to my Heart Stamp set.
Here is a close up of her...  I added my Sakura gell pen to her bangle and earrings.  I can not wait to see either Miranda or Carrie. be sure to check out SSD and paper crafts planet because they are having great give a way and other prizes "every day".

Well if you noticed the time.. it's getting a little late..So off to bed I go

More Summer Time fun with Water

Hello my crafty friends, how are you I am on a roll this week, 3 cards in the last 5 days is really a record for me.. hehehe. Even though I am  always into my coloring (its my way of tuning out all around me for a short while) but getting my images on to a card and even further getting to my blog to post, just does Not happen as often as I would like it to. But I told you all that I did get quite a few images and cards done this weekend.
In continuing with my "Summer Theme" I colored another cutie from "Simply Betty".. say hello to.
Waterfun Rio.
She is another "digi" in the Teen Scene Summer series. from Simply Betty.
When we where growing up we did not have a pool in our back yard. beside the plastic ones my mother would by for us "every summer'.. But the best fun I remembered having was just turning on the water hose and running through it.. We would always have to fight to see who would get to hold the water hose. We went through a lot of water hose too. hehehe
For this card I used DP from Echo Park "Splash". Ribbon from "the girls paperie" and embellishments are from Splash and Jolee's Boutique.

I colored her with my Prisma Pencils and OMS.. I loved her in her bikini soo I had to do the Yellow polka dot theme. for her glasses I added a little "glossy accents" to give it a little glare. I added a sky back ground and some grass..
I often will color the same images with 2 different hair color and style just because I love experimenting with my hair colors. So this image has a little "Orange/red highlights".. and put her in a green and white bikini.. it's kind of hard to tell, but if you look closely I made a mistake on her cheek I put too much glossy accents on her glasses and when I went to wipe it off it smudge my Prisma ( so now I know I have to be careful when using Glossy accents and my Prisma pencils.. I just decided to leave her as is.. I will put her in my "Sketch book or my Smash (if I ever get around to start using it)
and here is the inside of my card..

I also wanted to pick the winner of my SOC Summer Blog Hop Candy give away..
Now I really did try to use "Random generator.Org. which I did use to choose the winner, but in order to show the actual little window I guess I had to signed up to be able to..Well I just did not feel like given all my private information for something that I just really don't use that often..
SOOOOO..... THE WINNER OF MY GIVE AWAY IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Felisa Sloan-Montee..Yeahhh Felisa..
Please email me your address so I can get your prize out to you.. THANK YOU to all  who played along with our great Summer Blog Hop over at SOC.

Sassy and a Graduation

Hello everyone.. How can I top my wonderful day yesterday after being published and making the cover of a magazine,,, By making a few cards of course..  I had one of my co-worker ask me to make 2 graduation cards for her Nieces. Even though she asked just weeks ago, of course I waited until Last night to make them, as I know that I would see her at work Today and did not want to face her with out having them..
I used 2 "digital" images from "Sassy Studio Design" I had one image from Last year and since I wanted them to be 2 different cards. I purchased the other one last night. I love how they BOTH turned out.
My First card is using "Chelsea's Graduation".. Is she not Sassy and cute... even in her Cap N Gown she is styling. Check out her red sparkly shoes.I started out with card stock from  PTI.. My DP is one of the "newer" collection from MME Miss Caroline collection "Dilly Dally.. loved that it had soo many different grid and numbered papers, that are just perfect for a School project.  I used my EK success Notebook paper punch and finished with some embellishments for Joilee's Boutique. Love her diploma.
I printed her out with my Printer on 80lbs White Card stock from PTI..... then colored her with my Prisma and OMS... I added a blue tassel to go with the little banner and added glitter to that it her shoes.
I usually print something inside the card.. But I decided to leave it blank.

Here is my other card.. This one is a favorite of mine, she is "Sassy Graduation".. I have had her since last year and I know I made at least one card with her before.. Still in love with my Yellow I used the same card stock for both card, just cut it length wise at 4 1/4. for my DP I used Echo Park "Happy Days".. Some Great paper in this collection too. and I just LOVE the yellow and Black...
Here is her close up.. printed her just the same and again colored with my Prisma and OMS.. embellishments  from Joliee's boutique.. I love the little had and diploma, and only after I had finished I realized the tassel was yellow on there too..
Here is the inside of my card..I just used my Notebook punch to decorate the inside and again left it blank.

Here is a Picture of both.
