Who called for the Nurse!

Hello everyone.. I want to say "Happy Mother's Day again to you all. I have two cards to share with you today.. It's two cards  showing ONE image, I am a HUGE fan of Simply Betty Stamp Co., and love her little "wired out of the box image.. But one of my favorite image line are "The Betty's. Last week was "Nurses Appreciation Week".. and giving that My Mom is a Nurse, and both of my Sisters are also in the field, these cards would be great to honor them.
Say hello to Nurse Betty
I wanted to show Betty with 2 different skin tone.. Here are my completed cards.
First up is Nurse Bettyy "Caucasian". I was also doing different shade and tones with the hair color. too.. She has a much more "Red undertone with some Brown. using my Prisma colored pencils and OMS. To color her with.. I used my Gorgeous paper from "My Mind Eye's " Love Me" collection; Sentiment is from The Greeting Farm., For my embellishments, I used my treading water punch from EK Success, Ribbon from Michael's and I made my own Paper Rose. and added a little "red Pearl".
Here is a close up of Betty. with her red hair I gave her, Blue-green eyes.
Here is the inside of my card. I used left over DP for the bottom and stamped one of my "Unity Stamp Co. Images. that I stamped with "Memento Lady Bug ink"
Here is my A.A. Betty. Both of my Cards are standard A2, I just made them different. Still using the same DP. I colored Betty up with my Prisma Pencils and this time I made her hair much more of a Brown Undertone. I used the same colors for the both of them, just used them differently as far as how I laid them down. Used the Same DP from MME. and just added a different red ribbon from Michael's. I had been practicing my "rolled" roses over the weekend, as I saw in a "tutorial".. I liked the sample ones that I was making, and so when it came time to put my card together, I just used the ones that I had been practicing with.
Here is a close up of Betty. I love her little Nurses Uniform" you can use her for real or for play :0))))

And this is the inside of my card, I used just some Scarp paper and my EK Success Punch. to make a cute boarder. I finished off with the Sentiment and little red Heart stamp from Unity Stamp Co. Both of the Sketches that where used on my card are from the "Deconstructing.jen" blog.. She has the most amazing Sketch, and as I am at time lost for a Sketch, I am glad to know that she has some very nice and cute ones that WE can all use.

I have been having some "isues' with my "eyes" since the weekend. It even landed me in the ER on Monday. I have an Appointment with the "Optometrist" in a few days, So please keep me in your thoughts and or prayers.

Happy Scrapping,
